Potivio Warrranty

At Potivio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 3D-printed plant pots and vases. Each piece is made with care using durable PLA and precision technology. That said, we know that things can go wrong — and we’ve got your back (within reason!).


✅ Warranty Coverage

We offer a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Cracks, warping, or splitting that occur under normal indoor use

  • Visible layer separation or weakness not caused by impact or misuse

If a product is deemed defective under the above conditions, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item free of charge

  • Offer a store credit

  • Issue a full or partial refund


What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Dropping or knocking over the item

  • Exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or outdoor elements (our pots are intended for indoor use only)

  • Improper use (e.g., using pots for non-plant purposes, or overfilling with water)

  • Custom modifications or third-party alterations

  • Normal wear and tear, minor surface imperfections, or variations in color/finish


Claims Process

To make a claim, please contact us within the 90-day period. Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos showing the issue

  3. A short description of what happened

We’ll assess your case within 3–5 working days and get back to you with a resolution.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, but also ask for reasonable care of your product. Our warranty is designed to protect you from faults while allowing us to keep delivering great design at a fair price.
